Refunds
SCRATCH POLICY – Refunds will be paid in full for scratches due only to injury or death of dog, or for bitches in season. Request must be in writing, accompanied by a veterinarian's certificate, and received by the HT Secretary within 10 days of the completion of the Event. $20 PROCESSING FEE DEDUCTED FOR ALL SCRATCHES NOT SUBMITTED WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION - NO EXCEPTIONS
