The electronic draw will take place at 10/05/2011 12:01 am Central Time and will be posted online available for viewing upon final approval by the Middle Tennessee Amateur Retriever Club.
Refunds
For scratches BEFORE the close, contact www.EntryExpress.net at entries@entryexpress.net.
For scratches AFTER the close, bitches in season, ill or injured dogs scratched after the close WILL REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE FROM A LICENSED VETERINARIAN AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE HUNT TEST SECRETARY WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE COMPLETION OF THE EVENT in order to receive a full refund. Send to HT Secretary by US mail to the address listed. Refunds for all other scratches after the close will be at the discretion of the Hunt Test Committee and subject to a fee of $25.00. NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS.

Exit I-24 at Route 266, Sam Ridley Parkway, headed north approximately 3 miles to US 41. Go west approximately one mile to Fergus Road and make a right. Follow signs for Poole Knobs Wildlife Management Area and make a right on Jones Mill Road. Look for Field Trial sign at Old Jones Mill Road and make a left into the management area.
